For The Proverbial Palate- Saturday, 04.26.2008

Proverbs 27:9

“As in water, face answereth to face, so the heart, man to man.”

Last week in the ‘the proverbial palate’ we saw the importance of the commitment of the heart in what ever one does. No heart, no results.

Looking at the above verse from the proverbs, it is apparent that the depth of ones heart will manifest itself. Eventually.

The Lord said….

“those things which proceed forth out of the mouth come from the heart.” Matthew 15:18

If there is any doubt whether your dealing with a fool, just be silent and let him talk… sooner or later the foolishness will manifest itself.

Hence words of wisdom….

“Wherefore my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear and slow to speak, slow to wrath. For the wrath of man worketh  not the righteousness of God” James 1:19-20
